Hey, I'm Elizabeth. I’m an Aspie and ADHDer (AKA AuDHDer). Over many years of ups and downs – life, motherhood, businesswoman, editor, author – I've found a recipe for a happier and more empowered life, one that gives me the freedom to be who I want to be.
I've also found that helping others 'floats my boat'. So it is with great pleasure that I can offer you my digital courses. They're for neurodiverse peeps who are exploring their spirituality in their own way.
