Hey, I'm Elizabeth. I’m an Aspie and ADHDer (AKA AuDHDer). Over many years of ups and downs – life, motherhood, businesswoman, editor, author – I've found a recipe for a happier and more empowered life, one that gives me the freedom to be who I want to be.

I've also found that helping others 'floats my boat'. So it is with great pleasure that I can offer you my digital courses. They're for neurodiverse peeps who are exploring their spirituality in their own way.

If you join me, you'll learn self-worth and your reason for being. You'll easily learn to love yourself and be proud of the gifts of your neurodiversity; to let go of huge chunks of fear, ‘not-enoughness’, negativity and inability to trust in the Universe. In short, you'll learn to take a bow.

In this easy-peasy course, I share freely available tools from the path that I follow, Eckankar. But I will not ask you to follow the same path. Freedom is a biggie for me!

This course is NOT to get you to change your path. All religions are from God, and if your current one suits you, then stay with it, and just take the tools you learn here to enrich your inner connection with the Godforce.
